October Gives Back

Cancellation Policy

October Gives Back Passes are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the first session included in the pass. Once the pass has begun, it becomes nonrefundable, including for missed or unused sessions, since space is reserved for the full program period. If Yanna’s Field Trips Co. cancels a session included in the pass, families will receive a credit toward another session or a refund for the affected session.
