Getting Ready for Your Field Trip
Our Field Trips offer immersive, hands-on learning right where the action is. To ensure your child enjoys a safe and spirited day of discovery, please follow these preparation steps.
Safety First, Peace of Mind Always
Behavior & Supervision
Your child is in great hands. We maintain small group ratios and clear behavior expectations to ensure every child remains safe, respected, and happy during their experience.
Clothing & What to Bring
Gear up for hands-on discovery! We recommend weather-appropriate layers and sturdy closed-toe shoes. Please bring a small backpack for a water bottle, NUT-FREE snack, any medications, and any specified personal gear.
Secure Check-In & Location Safety
Safe on-site check-in protocols and constant supervision within our secure activity zones. We keep you notified of group locations throughout the day via digital updates if they change.
Medical & Allergy Coordination
On-site medical kits and secure allergy-safe zones. Let staff know of all allergies and medical conditions. Lead supervisors are briefed on every child’s health profile before the session begins. We are nut-free!
After the Experience:
Keep Discovering
The discovery continues even after the session ends! Use these warmth-filled prompts and practical activities to help your child process their day and deepen their exploration long after the Field Trip concludes.
Discussion Prompts
Start a heartfelt conversation about your child's on-site activities. Ask what they enjoyed most about the activity or which new discovery sparked their curiosity. These gentle reflections build reassuring connections after a safe day of exploration.
Continuing the Lesson
Keep the spark alive by recreating favorite parts of the session through storytelling or hands-on art. Revisit what they needed to bring—like their outdoor layers and sturdy shoes—to talk about physical comfort and preparedness on location.
Feedback & Contact
We value your input on our current on-site experiences! For questions regarding payment and refunds, behavior expectations, or to reach our lead coordinators about your child's session, please reach out to us directly.
